Wonderful hospitable staff. Let me check in at 8am without charge as my bus got into the city super early. Lent me the fan from reception since I had a room overlooking the party street and was hoping for white noise to drown it out, which worked. Lovely gentlemen at reception who spoke English very well and went above and beyond. Very homey and safe, Muchos gracias!

Arequipa was the second place we visited in Peru. We came here to start to slowly acclimatizing to a sleeping at higher altitude and to explore the beautiful white city and Colca Canyon. We chose this hotel because of it's location (absolutely unbeatable!), view of the Plaza and the Cathedral, vibe and amenities. We were really happy with our choice! The room was clean and comfortable (apart from the noise issue). The bathroom was big and the shower was nice and with plenty of hot water (we were instructed to wait 3-5 mins for the hot water to come and it always worked that way). It's walking distance to most major historic city sights. We also waked to Yanahuara viewpoint but that's 25-30 mins walking away. It was easy to get an Uber to the airport and the bus station (Terminal Terrestre). We really enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price. It was freshly prepared when we sat on a table and consisted of - scrambled eggs with or without ham, avocado (or avocado toast), fresh fruits, bread, butter and jam and fresh juice. We could charge our EU devices without anything additional.

Arequipa is a very nice city different from the other cities in Peru, a very clean and welcoming town. I think it has a lot to offer from the mountains to the coast! Colca canyon is a must! Amazing place to relax and enjoy the mountains and the peaceful towns. Downtown is also really nice with good restaurants, cafes, museums and nice churches that are open to visit in the day. There are also nice typical restaurants around the city where they serve local and delicious dishes. Arequipa is totally recommended for 2 to 4 days.

Nice city with an attractive historical centre with Santa...
Nice city with an attractive historical centre with Santa Catalina Monastery the absolute top attraction, an amazing place with an amazing history. Do not miss a trip to Colca Canyon to see the condors, that is amazing and this is one of the few places in the world where you can see condors. Another must see site is The founder of Arequipa (Garci Manuel de Carbajal) mansion, about 20 km outside the city. In two to three days you will be able to cover the above mentioned attractions.
Very nice place to stay for a few nights to explore Arequipa. Great location, clean rooms and hot showers. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on that. They were very helpful and accomodating, we could leave our luggage while on a hike in Colca Canyon and we could wait very early in the morning for a room to be ready.
Central location, very helpful staff and an excellent left luggage service for trekking. There was noise into the night coming from the surrounding area, but unlike previous reviews this did not keep us awake and besides noise in the central areas of the cities in Peru is par for the course.
Great views of the sunset from the rooftop bar.
Stayed in the Dorms! 5 min walk to old town, amazing breakfast (best Hostel breakfast I’ve ever had bc it’s basically a hotel breakfast), super clean, nice comfy beds with privacy curtains and lights, super helpful and nice staff, simple but good kitchen, free tea and coffee all day, free luggage storage too! Highly recommend this place!
This is one of the best hotels in Peru. Situated in a very beautiful neighborhood of Arequipa, just few steps from Santa Catalina and Plaza de Armas. The building is fantastic, the room very clean and the staff so helpful and kind. Breakfast in room or the terrace, with beautiful views. Covid protocol 100%. It deserves minimum 10/10.
Location very nice -walking distance from downtown.
Relaxed surroundings with a very attending french peruvian couple, always there for you.
I can recommend to stay in Elisa when you want a upper scale hotel in Arequipa, that include the possibilities for Business and Leisure in one compo.
Very charming place:)
We chose this hotel based on all the reviews and (on balance) it was probably the right decision. The view from the terrace is amazing and breakfast was good. However it is expensive and when we paid this amount elsewhere in Peru we got outstanding service and magnificent breakfasts.
The staff is super friendly and makes sure you have a magical stay in Arequipa. Everything about this places is relaxing and cozy. Make yourself at home in this holistic hotel close to all the sights, restaurants, and nightlife.
Perfect location to explore historic centre of Arequipa. Loved the bath tub in the room and beautiful courtyard, where guests can enjoy breakfast. Overall, great value for money to stay in this charming boutique hotel.
Great hostel/hotel. Central location. Hot shower, very comfortable bed, small kitchen if you need. Free coffee/tea. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service. One of the best breakfasts I have had in Peru.
The restaurant was great in the hotel. Natalie and Maribell were extremely attentive to our requests. The chicken sandwich with fries was the best we've eaten in Peru and we've lived here for 11 months.
Very kind and informative staff. They give us a lot of useful tips to visit Arequipa and Colca Canyon.
Good room with bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Very nice terrace with great view.
Good shared kitchen.
Everything was perfect: staff, facilities, laundry, hot shower, comfy bed and organised excursions to Colca Canyon.
I really recommend staying in this hotel if you are in Arequipa.
Lovely and warm welcome
Everything is brand new, the bed was like home, delicious breakfast and the cherry on the cake was the rooftop.
One of my best stay in Peru
Thank you guys
Really liked the location. Cute little square a bit north of town. Allows you to see a bit more of Arequipa. Friendly staff. Great room, best view of the trip for me.
