The staff was amazing, every need I had was met and every request I had was handled quickly (even things that were not included in my reservation). I can´t even express how happy I am with my stay or how great the staff was, all I can say is 10/10

Woohoo Rooms Hortaleza se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Madrid centrum v destinaci Madrid. Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza se nachází 1 km daleko, Gran Via 400 metrů a Park Retiro 2 km. The staff was absolutely excellent! Really friendly and always available (Iliana, the cuban cleaning lady, is a wonderful person! She made our mornings everyday! Great energy). The place was really clean, spotless. Finally, I must say that the location is perfect as it is in the main center of Madrid.

Situated in Madrid, 800 metres from Puerta del Sol, CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha features accommodation with a restaurant, private parking, a bar and a garden. Breakfast was good. Location was appealing with alfresco atmosphere.

Located in Gran Via, in Madrid city centre, VP Plaza España Design offers 5-star accommodation with parking, a wellness centre. the hotel is very beautiful with amazing design and perfect location. the staff is professional, helpful and friendly. the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone

NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía se nachází v centru Madridu, jen 400 metrů od přístavu Puerta del Sol. Nabízí snídaně formou bufetu a Wi-Fi dostupné zdarma ve všech prostorách. Great location,metro and bus just few steps downstairs.Professional and friendly staff,from desk and room service. Breakfast is great.Clean room and comfortable bed,especially I had a room with balcony for Gran Via view, fantastic! We will come back again 100 percent if we have a chance to go to Madrid a third time.

Vincci The Mint představuje nový druh ubytování v Madridu a nabízí ohromující terasu s výhledem na charakteristické madridské budovy. The location is great and the staffs are super friendly! They are the best and shared all the great restaurants. they helped all the time.

Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid je 4hvězdičkový hotel zasazený do zrenovovaného paláce z 19. století. Nabízí moderní interiéry s koloniálními prvky a jedinečně provedené pokoje. The room, the bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was varied with many options suitable for any diet. Very nice people at the reception and very helpful. We also received a bottle of champagne on the New Year’s Eve.

Located on Madrid’s Gran Vía, next to Callao Metro Station and just 500 metres from the Puerta del Sol, Hotel Atlántico offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. breakfast was delicious, the staff was amazingly friendly and smiley- especially Antoine ! Beds were comfortable especially the pillows, although the room was a bit small - everything was just right. bathroom was extremely clean and shower head had a good stream. Windows are double layered so you can hear nothing from the main street. Prime location for people who like to be in the center' like me :) All in all - better than expected and highly recommended!

Situated in Madrid’s Lavapiés district, this art hotel offers functional rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. It has a 24-hour reception desk and is 10 minutes’ walk from Atocha Metro Station.... Everything was great from check in! Roberto was very kind and gave us very detailed instructions for places to visit. He even offered complimentary breakfast which was very very kind. There was a bottle of wine in the room which was a great gesture. The room was super clean and very spacious. Location is great to be in a local neughborhood but to be in walking or public transportation distance to touristic areas. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Madrid.
